What will we do during classes?

All breathing exercises (pranayama), poses and asanas tailored to what your body and soul need. Together we’ll explore and discover effective solutions to taking care of your deepest needs through this challenging time.

All classes are adapted only to you and your experience in yoga. You can take my class completely without skills or as a professional yoga master who needs just relaxation or new knowledge.

At the end of our class, you’ll feel grounded, refreshed, calm and at peace. I promise.

What will we do during classes?

What should I take to be ready?

For more comfort and better results I recommend having just a few things:

Free Zoom app on your computer, phone or any other device

Stable internet

Comfortable clothes

Mat

Yoga blocks (or any thick book) and yoga belt (or a casual belt)

Water

Notepad & pen
