Hello, my name is Nadya 


Yoga teaching for me is a vehicle to help people to balance life energy so that they can experience the healing power inside themselves.


My teaching career started in 2001 when I held a dance aerobic class in a fitness studio for the first time and I finished my first dance aerobic instructor course when I was 15. 

In 2003 I entered the Saint Petersburg National State University of Physical Education, Sports and Health and started my journey to explore the powerful healing effect of movements on a human body and mind.

I was introduced to yoga in 2010 when I was offered a yoga course. I didn't have high expectations yet I was very curious to try something new and it started a change in my life. 

How happy I was to discover that something which included movement, breath, mindful attention and relaxation would bring such a significant effect on me.

It took me some time to become confident in my posture alignments and breathing before I started giving yoga classes on a professional basis.


In 2012 I moved to Bali where I started to practice different styles of yoga. I made my first educational trip to India in 2014 where I was introduced to Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga which provided me with the perfect balance. I am grateful for all the teachers past and present, guiding me.


Yoga is a journey so I keep learning, discovering, exploring, and would love to share my experience with yoga and my holistic approach of balancing life energy with you through personal or group classes - online or offline.
