I'm Nadya and since 2011 I have been teaching yoga classes on a professional basis.

In Hatha yoga we create space in our body for the energy by a competent combination of Asanas, the power of our mind and body.

Yoga is a journey so I keep learning, discovering, exploring, and would love to share my experience with you through personal or group classes - online or offline.

My way to yoga


In 2003 I entered the Saint-Petersburg University of Physical Education and started my journey to explore the powerful healing effect of movements on a human body and mind.

I was introduced with yoga in 2010 when I was offered to teach yoga course. How happy I was to discover something which included movement, breath, mindful attention and relaxation would bring such a significant effect on me.

In 2012 I moved to Bali where I started to practice different styles of yoga. I made my first educational trip to India in 2014. I was introduced to Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga which provided me with the perfect balance.
